Terms of Use
Effective date: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ryntra website at ryntra.io, the Ryntra Telegram bot, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Ryntra is
Ryntra is an independent, non-custodial Risk & Strategy OS that provides scoped risk context, paper-first planning, a decision journal, read-only account views, and supported human-authorized connections. Arcus is the first shipped adapter and tokenized-asset specialist proof, not Ryntra’s category boundary. Ryntra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Arcus, dYdX Labs, Robinhood, or any trading venue.
2. Non-custodial. No deposits. No wallet keys.
- Ryntra never accepts, holds, or transmits your funds. There is no way to deposit money with Ryntra, and we will never ask you to.
- Ryntra never asks for, stores, or has access to your wallet seed phrase or wallet private keys. Anyone asking for them in Ryntra’s name is a scammer.
- Live spot swaps are executed by your own wallet: your wallet signs each swap, and the transaction settles on-chain. Ryntra only relays the request you signed and cannot move funds on its own.
- If you choose to create an Arcus trading key in the Connect flow, its private key is generated in your browser and never leaves your device — Ryntra’s servers only relay the public half and your wallet’s signature to Arcus. The key is structurally trade-only: Arcus requires a separate signature from your own wallet for any withdrawal, and the key cannot move funds out. You can revoke it on Arcus from the same page with a wallet signature, and it expires automatically after 30 days.
- Paper trading in the Service is fully simulated and involves no real assets.
- The live account view is built exclusively from data that the Arcus protocol makes publicly available for a wallet address you choose to provide.
3. Beta program
The Service is currently in a closed beta. Beta access is free and is granted through a verification checklist (“Beta Status”). Beta Status, priority scores, and invitations affect only the order in which access may be granted — they do not guarantee access to any feature, and they are not points, tokens, or financial rewards of any kind. Ryntra makes no promises of tokens, airdrops, or monetary rewards. We may change, suspend, or end the beta program at any time.
4. Eligibility and geographic restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- The Arcus protocol is not available to persons in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or sanctioned jurisdictions. If you are in a restricted region, you must not attempt to access Arcus, and Ryntra features that depend on Arcus will not be available to you.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any connected trading venue complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
5. Referral disclosure
Some Arcus links may carry registration attribution, and a spot quote may carry provider-supplied referral data. Neither proves the recipient, economics, control, or a Ryntra payout; the current product route supports no Ryntra-controlled referral or builder code. This section records that unresolved attribution. Using such a link is optional and never affects Beta Status eligibility.
6. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. All content — including charts, analytics, journal statistics, risk indicators, and any generated insights — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
7. Risk disclosure
Trading derivatives and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial margin. Prices of tokenized assets can differ from their underlying reference assets, and markets that trade outside traditional exchange hours can be less liquid and more volatile. Past performance — including simulated paper-trading performance — does not indicate future results.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or wash trading.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or underlying infrastructure.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or resell the Service without our written permission.
- Do not impersonate Ryntra or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
9. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third parties — including Telegram, the Arcus protocol, and wallet software — each governed by its own terms and policies. Ryntra does not control these services and is not responsible for them, including their availability, data accuracy, or order execution.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party materials and your own journal entries), is owned by Ryntra and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your journal entries remain yours.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is beta software provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryntra and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including trading losses on any venue.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms or abuse of the beta program. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the Service (for example, via the Telegram channel). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
