Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data Ryntra (“we”, “us”) collects through ryntra.io and the Ryntra Telegram bot, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our approach is data minimalism: we collect only what the product needs to work.
1. Data we collect
- Telegram profile data — when you interact with our bot: your Telegram ID, username, first name, and interface language. This is how beta access works; we deliberately do not run email waitlists.
- Wallet address (public, optional) — if you choose to provide one. A wallet address is public blockchain information; it lets us show your live account view, price and sign spot swaps from your own wallet, and send fill alerts. We never ask for seed phrases or wallet private keys.
- Arcus trading key (stays on your device) — if you create one in the Connect flow, its private key is generated in your browser and stored only on your device; our servers only relay its public half and your wallet’s signature to Arcus. It is trade-only and cannot withdraw funds. You can revoke it from the same page.
- Product data — your simulated paper trades, journal notes (including notes you write on your own real Arcus fills: market, side, and realized PnL of that trade), and your server-side account settings (bot/alerts language and, if you provide it, your public wallet address). Theme preference is stored only in your browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
- Session cookie — a single first-party, signed cookie that keeps you logged in to the cabinet for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Usage events — we record page and call-to-action events in our own database to understand how the funnel performs. Each event may include the event name, the placement and locale, the page path, and the referring URL (truncated). We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic. None of this is used to build individual advertising profiles or sold.
2. Data we never collect
- Seed phrases, wallet private keys, or any credentials that control funds. (The optional Arcus trading key never reaches our servers and cannot move funds out.)
- Deposits or funds of any kind — Ryntra is non-custodial by design.
- Email addresses — the Service has no email-collection forms.
- Payment or card data — the beta is free.
3. How we use data
- To operate the beta access gate and show your Beta Status.
- To provide the workspace: paper trading, journal, live account view, wallet-signed spot swaps, and Telegram notifications (for example, fill alerts) that you can trigger by providing a wallet address.
- To respond to you, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure (including rate limiting).
- To understand aggregate product usage and improve the Service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Where data is processed
Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers we rely on to run the Service:
- Supabase — database hosting (beta users, verification tasks and referrals, paper trades, journal notes on both paper and real fills, a per-user last-fill marker used to send alerts, account settings, and usage events).
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Telegram — bot messaging; your interaction with the bot is also subject to Telegram’s own privacy policy.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and compliance programs. We do not transfer your data to anyone else, except where required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your beta account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time — message the bot or email hello@ryntra.io from a way we can link to your account (for example, mention your Telegram username). We will delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ryntra.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the Service (for example, via the Telegram channel).
